Frequently Asked Questions

What time is check in and what time is check out? Can we request an early check in or late check out?

Check in is 4 PM. If your room is not ready upon arrival, we will pre-register your accommodations, store your bags, and call you on your cell phone when ready. Guests arriving before 4 PM may valet park their vehicle if space is available. Check out is 11 AM. Late check outs are afforded whenever possible, and we will park your vehicle until 1 PM on your day of departure. If you need to store baggage after checking out, we can hold it for the entire day/evening of your departure date.

Do you provide shuttle service to and from the Airport to the hotel?

Shuttle service is not available at this time. Taxi service is available at baggage claim – $36.00 flat rate for 1 or 2 -OR- $15.00 per person if more than 2 persons riding.

Is parking available at your hotel?

Guest Automobile Parking is available for $42 plus tax per night.

Is there a guest limit per room? Do you provide roll-away beds or other accommodations?

We allow up to four guests in our double bedded rooms. However, our regular room rates are based on two guest occupancy – any additional guests over the age of 13 are considered adults and will incur a charge of $20/guest per night.

We have a limited number of roll-away beds available on a first-come first-serve basis for $20/night (this is a separate charge from the additional guest fee). In addition, some of our suite accommodations are equipped with sofa beds, please contact our reservations department about availability.

Are your rooms non-smoking? Is smoking allowed anywhere on property?

All guest rooms and indoor public areas are smoke-free. Smoking is only allowed on exterior balconies or in outdoor public areas such as the courtyard of the hotel.

Do you provide breakfast?

Sorry, our historic hotel does not offer breakfast. Our dense culinary district has scores of eateries specializing in breakfast. Our Front Desk will be happy to recommend.
